Position sizing
- FULL3–5% of your account. The default.
- SMALL1–3%. When you’re less sure.
- LOTTOUnder 1%. High risk, and it can go to zero.
Risk by time left
DTE means days to expiration — how long the contract has left.
- 1–7 daysMost dangerous. Loses value fastest.
- 8–14 daysStill risky.
- 15–30 daysMore forgiving.
- 30+ daysLowest risk of the four. More time to be right.
Every signal names its size
Each signal we post names its size and its expiry, so you always know which bucket a trade sits in before you decide whether to take it. None of it removes risk — it’s how we manage it.
